Trainer, Console Commands, or a Real Overlay?
A lot of “7 days to die trainer” pages describe the F1 console. That is free, and it only works when you are admin. A paid overlay is for servers where you are not admin.
Console commands
Press F1, type dm, then use god mode in the pause menu. That is the IGN 7 Days to Die wiki console path. It will not work on a protected multiplayer server if you are not admin. Item codes and giveself are the same story.
Trainers
Single-player trainers freeze values in memory. Many need EAC off. They rarely offer ESP boxes or aimbot on a live dedicated server.
This overlay
7 days to die cheats is a cheat menu / cheat software overlay: ESP, aimbot, wallhack, radar. $35 monthly plan. Not a creative-menu replacement.
